Registration

Pre-registration is now closed. You may register on site, cash or credit card ONLY. No checks will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

On-site registration hours:

• Wednesday, August 20: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 21: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. *7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. are peak times. Please register on Wednesday if possible.
• Friday, August 22: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Choose one of three types of Passes:

1. Full Conference Pass: $425

A Full Conference Pass includes full access to exhibits and demos, plus all seminars and roundtable discussions on Thursday and Friday, plus Show & Tell sessions, roundtables and design contest awards presentation on Saturday.

2. Day Pass:

Day Passes for only Thursday or only Friday are available for $199 per person per day.

Day Passes include access to exhibits, demos, seminars and roundtables ONLY for that single day.

3. Exhibit-Only Pass:

Exhibit-Only Passes are available for access to the exhibit hall and demos both Thursday and Friday for $59.

By registering for CCIC 2008, you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Substitutions

Substitutions from the same company are always welcome. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@ConcreteCountertopConference.com or by fax to 919-882-9700 by Friday, August 8, 2008. After August 8, 2008 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be applied to the substituting attendee.

Cancellation/No-Show

• Cancellations received on or before May 1, 2008 will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations received between May 2, 2008 and June 2, 2008 will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations received between June 3, 2008 and July 18, 2008 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be granted on or after July 19, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON.

To be eligible for the applicable refund, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@ConcreteCountertopConference.com or by fax to 919-882-9700. All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.

Check Payment

By choosing the pay by check option, you are entering into an agreement to send your check within 10 days of registration. Collection procedures will be initiated for checks not received within 30 days of registration. Checks are not accepted after July 18, 2008 or on site. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee. Returned checks or failure to send a check do not release the attendee(s) from the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.

Minors

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the exhibit hall, seminar rooms or other event meeting space.

Photography

Participants in CCIC understand that photo or video images of them may be used by show management in promotional materials.

Participants may take still photographs. No video is permitted except by written permission of show management.
